Notes from the instructor (adapted from workshops that will be conducted in Shanghai in Nov '10 and Mar '11)
3 writing assignments (1 per month from Dec 2010 - Feb 2011)
3 peer-critique assignments per month from Dec 2010 - Feb 2011
1 online chat with instructor per month from Dec 2010 - Feb 2011

• image, language, idea, structure

• exercises for developing key aspects of a good poem
